About

     Canonbridge has four unique imprints.  It is our mission to provide an avenue for serious writers to reach their goal of becoming published authors by providing a connection between new and interesting writers and the reading public.
     Silver City Press, our primary imprint, caters to writers and readers of nonfiction and poetry.
     Our second imprint, Parallel Worlds, provides an avenue for special-genre fiction.
     Our third imprint, Scéal Books, focuses on general fiction.
     Our fourth imprint, BenToby Books, launched in early 2010 and features books for children, from picture books and easy readers to young adult.

This blog is written and monitored by Maggie Stewart-Grant, Canonbridge’s Senior Editor.  She holds a BFA with additional post-graduate work in literature, journalism and publishing.  Prior to Canonbridge’s launch in 2007, she spent 35 years as a freelance editor.  Maggie is associated with several organisations for independent publishers, writers and editors.  She is a strong supporter of the Society of Professional Journalists and Reporters without Borders.
